As a HR Learning Experience Manager (m/f/d), you will drive European-wide initiatives that have a real impact on advancing the company’s learning and development eco-system to meet the demands of our fast-growing, changing business. Reporting directly to the Director Talent Management for the Americas and Europe, this role will have a heightened focus on learning & development while aligning with other talent management processes on a global/regional level. Overall, you will create, design and implement a learning eco-system architecture by leveraging traditional and modern learning approaches, integrated in a future-focused talent strategy.

Your profile:

  • University degree in HR related studies social studies (Psychology, Sociology, Andragogy, Business Management), additional education or certificate related to instructional design and facilitation, assessment is a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years professional experience in Learning Content Development environment and developing learning solutions with modern instructional approaches, e. g. blended learning
  • Practical knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles for needs analysis and content curation approaches
  • Experience with Education Technology delivery platform and Learning Management Systems
  • Some experience with designing and implementing talent analytics approaches is a plus
  • Cross-cultural relationship building skills are of advantage
  • Business fluent in English
