Senior Internal Communications Specialist (d/f/m) asap, full-time, limited for 2 years

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Are you interested in taking responsibility and impacting our change management?
Then you are the right person to join our European project team! You will take a key role in developing, managing and implementing the change communication and internal communication strategies for the CommerceNEXT program based on the internal stakeholder needs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a holistic, aligned communication
    approach for the CommerceNEXT program
  • Advise and guide the project team on internal communication strategy, processes and best practices
  • Set up and manage the editorial plan in close alignment with the program managers
  • Develop the content and coordinate the production of communication collaterals (e.g. program’s Info Hub, European intranet, videos, workshops etc.) as well as developing and managing new internal communication channels
  • Liaise and collaborate with communicators in the organization like IT, Digital, Strategy & Planning, Europe’s Project Management Office and others
  • Create excellent presentations, speeches as well as bylines in English for the Director and Senior Managers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in communication studies, PR, change management, sociology, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Internal and/or Corporate Communications in a global matrix organization or in a consultancy/agency
  • Min. of 3 years of experience in communicating digital workplace transformations
  • Expertise in the use of presentation tools and ADKAR communication methodology, Certification in Prosci® Change Management Program is a plus
  • Native or fluent in English
  • Excellent editorial, communication and intercultural competencies
  • Passionate about stakeholder management, collaboration, and virtual employee engagement
  • Knowledge of community management practices on digital collaborative platforms
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and to prioritize workload
