Senior Manager (f/m/d) Global Talent & Learning

The responsibility of the Senior Manager (f/m/d) Global Talent & Learning is to work closely with the VP Global Talent Management to drive the talent strategy based on the values and growth mind-set of the company. The focus will be on learning and leadership development to continue to build the best team in the industry. The jobholder also collaborates with the VP Global Compensation & Benefits in the development and implementation of a new global performance management strategy, process and system. The role is vital for strategic development and operational delivery of the company‘s transformational process in regards to a consistent global talent and learning vision.

Your responsibility:
  • Collaborate closely with the VP Global Talent Management and the wider team to deliver a state-of-the-art global talent strategy
  • Analyse the current decentralized talent and learning landscape with its different programs and processes throughout STADA and derive a unified solution to current and future requirements, with a focus on building a global learning community while respecting local specifications
  • Work in liaison with key stakeholders to establish and support the link between strategic business objectives and people’s day-to-day actions and tasks
  • Be a true sparring partner for the VP Global Talent Management in major tasks, including but not restricted to:
    • Setting up a corporate learning and training academy
    • Building a global learning strategy within the new LMS (SAP SuccessFactors)
    • Defining leadership skillsets and incorporate relevant training needs into the talent strategy
    • Delivering coaching and trainings
    • Designing, implementing and monitoring Performance Management to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of STADA and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of STADA’s objectives
    • Designing, implementing and managing organization-wide performance training / capability building
    • Supporting Organization and Talent reviews in liaison with Global Talent Management as well as HR BPs
    • Driving processes for sharing best practice, tools / materials and on-going communication activities for talent, learning and performance improvement
    • Overseeing the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies and core values into performance appraisal system in coordination with HR BPs
