What to expect
We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition (all genders) for our Support Centre based in Frankfurt am Main - with home office option within Germany. In your new role you will lead a team of experts in the field of Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Professional Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, Early Careers and Talent Retention Management with the following responsibilities:
- You will lead, coach, and develop the growing talent acquisition team that is responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition life cycle with a big focus on Hotel Operations around talent attraction, talent selection and recruiting and talent retention
- You are responsible forestablishing a powerful and inspiring employer brand that creates a strong market position, supports business strategy, and attracts best talent
- You manage the further development of our Talent Acquisition function (also considering our diversity and inclusion strategies) that support the long-term goals of the company
- You know the trends in talent acquisition that promise success for us, which you implement with great passion and initiative.
- In addition, you advise managers and HR officers on filling challenging positions and are the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders.
- You define KPIs and reports, that provide regular, qualitative, and timely insights throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
- As a manager, you agree on concrete goals and set the strategic framework, follow current trends, and thus steer the success of your team by setting an example, using best practice approaches and clear KPIs.
- You negotiate contracts with our external service providers professionally and successfully.
- You are willing to rethink processes and drive them forward with passion.
- You are responsible for the costs and budgets in your area whilst balancing the strategic direction.
